9 to 5: Survive · Last updated: August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information the mobile game 9 to 5: Survive ("the App", "we", "us") collects, how it is used, and your choices. We designed the App to collect as little as possible. The App does not require an account, an email address, or your real name, and it does not show ads or use third-party advertising or tracking technologies.

Information We Collect

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data, health data, or your Apple ID. We do not use the App to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Where Your Data Is Stored

Game progress and the anonymous identifier are stored locally on your device. When you use the community features (leaderboard, scenario ideas) or when diagnostic telemetry is sent, the relevant data is transmitted to and stored by a third-party cloud database provider that hosts our database on our behalf. Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

How We Use the Data

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your Choices

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
