Spiraling collects no data at all. It has no account, no sign-in, no ads, no analytics, and no third-party tracking. It does not connect to the internet.

What the app stores

Spiraling saves a small amount of information on your device only, so that it can remember your progress between sessions:

• Your best depth and your ten deepest runs, with the date and title of each.
• Your sound, haptics and colour theme preferences.
• How many runs you have played, so the beginner assist can switch itself off.
• Which short in-game lessons you have already seen.

This never leaves your phone. It is not transmitted anywhere, and the developer cannot see it. Deleting the app deletes all of it.

What the app does not collect

No name, email address, account or nickname. No location. No contacts, photos, microphone or camera access. No health data. No Apple ID. No advertising identifier or device identifier. No crash or usage analytics. Spiraling does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and there is nothing to sell, share or delete on request, because nothing is ever received.

Children's privacy

Spiraling is suitable for all ages and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app ever collects anything, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the "last updated" date above will change.
